Soyam worked with us in ScratchBook Publications as a Compiler and Project head for Anthology books. While working I observed that she is a very dedicated and disciplined person. Books-related projects generally are measured in terms of timelines and deadlines. Soyam in spite of her situation in her personal life showed an unparalleled commitment to the work and contributed a major share in completing the projects successfully. She is a creative mind and has some really good managerial skills too.
Soyam has been one of the most cooperative compiler of our publishing company (SpotWrite Publications). She has been enthusiastic and passionate about her work.
